In order to contain the spread of COVID-19, President Rodrigo Duterte imposed Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in Luzon last March 16, 2020. The long hours of stay in the office was the norm, but after imposing the said quarantine, some employers of non-essential industries decided to implement Work From Home (WFH) arrangements. These WFH arrangements have been widely comprised and are expected to remain even after the ECQ has been lifted.

Amidst the pandemic, Prople made sure that the safety of its people is of utmost concern and priority and so, it followed the WFH scheme. The company ensured that the employees are in comfort and in good hands by providing laptops and Internet allowances that help the employees work more efficiently even at their homes. The continuous effort of the company made the employees love their work and the company itself more. On March 23, 2020, President Pardeep Bhalla sent a message to all of his employees announcing the advance process of March 2020 payout and also thanked his Prople family for their commitment and dedication to the company.

As the ECQ extended, Prople continued to provide early payouts for the following months of quarantine, making sure that the employees are taken care of. The company acknowledged how committed and dedicated their employees are during this difficult time.
