DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Outbound calls (invites) to clients based in France and/or Canada
• Make sure that all the information of the customers / clients are accurately stored in the system
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual French-English
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manners
• Familiarity with windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong
• Amenable to work in a fixed Nightshift Schedule
